Turnaround and Delivery

Our average turnaround time is 5-7 business days.
Some larger orders or those with poor artwork supplied may take up to 10 business days.

Our average turnaround time will always be posted in the header of every web page.

Delivery

Local deliveries are carried out every Sunday - £5, if you need your items sooner please get in touch.
Some items are available at lower shipping rates (i.e. vinyl decals, sticker sheets, individual keyrings etc), based on Royal Mail first class - £3.50
Standard delivery - for all other items and multiple order items, using Royal Mail 48 hour or a similar delivery service - £4.50 (2-5 business days)
Express delivery - for all other items and multiple order items, using Royal Mail 24 hour or a similar delivery service - £6.60 (1-3 business days)
Collection - we offer free collection at 40 Fincham Square L14 9NZ
Wherever a postage rate is cheaper when shipped, you will receive a refund of the difference.

Please note: delivery times are an estimate only and not a guarantee. If your item has not arrived after the maximum expected time, or if your tracking fails to update, please contact us on info@personalprintsuk.co.uk quoting your name, order number and order date.
